RETURNS Damaged Goods – Damaged goods, that are received at the Bongo warehouse, will be replaced by PHF, LLC and re-shipped to the Bongo warehouse. PHF, LLC is not responsible for the international transportation of your goods. International Duties/Taxes – International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items. Customer Contact Bongo International directly if they need to make a return or receive a replacement part. Customers will be responsible for shipping the replacement goods through Bongo’s service. Bongo will adjust your international paperwork to state that the item(s) are replacement parts. No additional duties/taxes should be applied by Customs in their country. International Returns – We, PHF, LLC - Emergency and Disaster Supplies are no longer responsible for the goods after they have received a Proof of Delivery from the Bongo Warehouse. Any international return would need to be coordinated through Customer Service at Bongo International. Returns are the responsibility of the customer. Q: How does the Bongo process work? A: Register for a U.S. address with Bongo from one of the links on our website. This address can be used to complete your shopping cart. We will ship the goods to the Bongo warehouse. Bongo will forward the goods to your country when you have activated your account. Q: Will my goods be automatically forwarded to me? A: No, your goods will not automatically be forwarded. When your shipment arrives at Bongo’s warehouse, you will receive an email from Bongo stating that they have received your goods. You can then log in to your Bongo account and process your shipment. Q: Do I need to pay any duties/taxes when the goods arrive? A: Bongo's price includes a full door-to-door transportation cost, however, there may be additional duties and taxes charged by customs in your country.
