ORDERING POLICIES:
Your order will be charged at the time it is placed.  We accept payment in the form of credit cards and also money orders and purchase orders from governmental agencies. We ship within the USA. Minnesota residents will be charged sales tax. Purchase orders are accepted from most business, schools, hospital, institutions, and governmental organizations.  We reserve the right to reject all orders. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For International Orders, orders going overseas, please click on the Bongo International Shipping page link to get a cost from Bongo's Bridgeport, CT warehouse to your overseas location.  On International orders we are responsible for delivery to Bongo Internation and Bongo International is responsible for delivery overseas.  Copies of the specific order documents, Bongo confirmation numbers, shipping information, etc... shall be done electronically.

GROUND SHIPPING: Most stock items are shipped in 48 hours as one shipment. To hold down costs we do not insure merchandise against theft, damage, and shipping company errors.  Buyer is responsible for product once delivered by shipping carrier to shipping address. Certain orders may be modified for shipping and handling fees due to size and weight. You will be contacted about any changes in your order.
 
DISCONTINUED ITEMS: Occasionally, an item is discontinued by one of our suppliers and we will refund you for that item.  If a discontinued item makes up more than 75% of your order we reserve the right to cancel the entire order. We will notify you after placing your order if an item is discontinued. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Out of stock or back ordered items will be shipped within 30 days, unless a refund is requested.  After, 30 days all back orders will be canceled, and your credit card or account refunded, unless notified.  We reserve the right to substitute comparable in terms of cost and content if items are not in stock with the intent of minimizing the inconvenience of delaying your order. We reserve the right to add, substitute or delete items if necessary. We also reserve the right to reject all orders. 

RETURNS: 
If you are not satisfied we will accept product back, except food, liquids, personal care products, and products that have been opened and cannot be resold, for a refund within 20 days after the date of the invoice/ purchase date. Product value must be at least $30.95. Restock fees can be up to 25% of order and additional fees may apply if the item is not in new condition. Each product returned must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf or higher fees will apply. This includes the item and its original packaging. For example, make sure that there are no price stickers (or residue from where they have been removed), or tags on the unit or the packaging. All returns require a return authorization number to receive a refund (contact us 877-743-7867, for an RA# and the correct return address) 
The cost to ship the product back and any insurance will be paid by the customer. We will need the tracking number to process the return. Returns have to be received and approved by us before credit. For your protection we recommend that they be shipped with tracking information and insurance. If a return is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If going by UPS you can use regular ground service. Insurance generally not needed with UPS unless the shipment exceeds $100 in value. Credit card refunds and/or canceled orders are assessed a small 2-3% credit card charge by our credit card processor, which are deducted from the the refunded and/or cancelled order.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY: With respect to damaged products we will issue a refund once proof of damage has been provided or issue a refund upon return.  With respect to defective products we will accept returns of defective product for replacement for up to 30 days after the date of the invoice.  If a product has a longer warranty period, it will be indicated in the product description on our web site. All returns require a return authorization number (contact us for an RA #). The cost to ship the product back will be paid by the customer. For your protection we recommend that they be shipped with tracking information and insurance. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If going by UPS you can use regular ground service. Insurance is not needed unless the shipment exceeds $100 in value.  If an item is returned to us and found to be working you will have to pay return shipping charges. Also, the item must not show signs of abuse or misuse and all parts and accessories must be included.  The cost to ship the replacement product(s) back to you will be paid by us.With respect to damaged products we will either issue a refund once proof of damage provided or issue a refund upon return.

ADDRESS CORRECTION POLICY: It is very important that we receive a complete and accurate address for orders. Because UPS charges us a $5.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by ground and a $10.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by air, we are forced to pass the charges on to you. We will charge an address correction fee if your information submitted is inaccurate. If you are assessed an address correction fee it will be charged to your credit card and we will e-mail you a copy for your records.

TERMS OF USE STATEMENT: You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) including defective product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
