Ordering Policies and Shipping Information

ORDERING POLICIES 

(For International Orders, including Canada, please click on our Bongo International Shipping page.)   We accept payment in the form of credit cards and also money orders and purchase orders from governmental agencies.  We ship by UPS within the USA. Minnesota residents will be charges 6.50% sales tax. We require a minimum purchase of $24.95. There is no tax on food or water.  Purchase orders are accepted from most business, schools, hospital, institutions, and governmental organizations.  For purchase orders please click on Business Credit Form tab and click on Order Form tab for printable forms and fax to 651-493-0689 and/or include a screen shot of your order from the web site and send to /or the following.

SHIPPING 

(For International Shipping, including Canada, please click on our Bongo International Shipping page.)  Most stock items are shipped in 48 hours as one shipment.  Express Service is only available on items that are in stock.   To hold down costs we do not insure merchandise against theft, damage, and shipping company errors.  Occasonally, an item is discontinued by one of our suppliers and we will refund you for that item.  If a discontinued item makes up more than 75% of your order we reserve the right to cancel the entire order.  We reserve the right to substitute comparable in terms of cost and content if items are out of stock with the intent of minimizing the inconvenience of delaying your order.  We will notify you after placing your order if an item is discontinued or out of stock.  Out of stock or backordered items will be shipped within 30 days, unless a refund is requested.  After, 30 days all backorders will be canceled, and your credit card refunded, unless notified.  We reserve the right to substitute comparable in terms of cost and content if items are not in stock with the intent of minimizing the inconvenience of delaying your order. Shipping charges shown are not exact.  Certain orders (Food, water, large kits, barrels, etc…) may be modified for shipping and handling fees due to size and weight.  You will be contacted shortly after your order is processed of any decrease or increase in shipping and handling charges.  Charges may be modified after your order confirmation.  

RETURNS 

(For International Returns, including Canada, please click on our Bongo International Shipping page.) If you are not satisfied we will accept product back, except food and water, for a refund within 15 days after the date of the invoice.  Each product returned must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf or a higher fee may be applied. This includes the item and its packaging. For example, make sure that there are no price stickers (or residue from where they have been removed), or tags on the unit or the packaging. All returns require a return authorization number (contact us for an RA#) for your protection we recommend that they be shipped with tracking information and insurance. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If going by UPS you can use regular ground service. Insurance is not needed unless the shipment exceeds $100 in value. The cost to ship the product back will be paid by the customer.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY 

(For International Products, including Canada, please click on our Bongo International Shipping page.)  Defective products: On most products we will accept returns of defective product for replacement for up to 60 days after the date of the invoice.  If a product has a longer warranty period, it will be indicated in the product description on our web site. All returns require a return authorization number (contact us for an RA #). The cost to ship the product back will be paid by the customer. For your protection we recommend that they be shipped with tracking information and insurance. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If going by UPS you can use regular ground service. Insurance is not needed unless the shipment exceeds $100 in value.  If an item is returned to us and found to be working you will have to pay return shipping charges. Also, the item must not show signs of abuse or misuse and all parts and accessories must be included.  The cost to ship the replacement product(s) back to you will be paid by us.

ADDRESS CORRECTION POLICY 

It is very important that we receive a complete and accurate address for orders. Because UPS charges us a $5.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by ground and a $10.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by air, we are forced to pass the charges on to you. We will charge an address correction fee if your information submitted is inaccurate. If you are assessed an address correction fee it will be charged to your credit card and we will e-mail you a copy for your records.

TERMS OF USE STATEMENT

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
